For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and all major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Post-dated checks are accepted with Office Administrator's approval.
When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made through CareCrecit. www.carecredit.com

We accept any insurance as long as you may select your dentist. Please check with your Human Resources Department.
We try to make your dental care as cost-efficient as possible. One of the measures we have taken to keep cost down is to keep our billing and accounting to a minimum. Because of this we do ask for payment at the time of service. We also accept payment from numerous insurance carriers. To facilitate payment we will file your primary dental insurance for you. You may assign benefits to our office, however we must be provided with, before the first visit, subscriber birth date and member id/social security number. We ask that you pay your estimated portion of the fee not covered by your insurance at the time of service. When we receive payment from your insurance company, you will receive a statement for any balance that may remain or a prompt refund if a credit exists.
Please understand that all Treatment Plans are estimates. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefit payment will be.
The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
